We offer 1 free estimate per household,
all free estimates will be set according to our schedule and our availability in your area.
(We try to accommodate everyone for a free estimate but due to unique schedules it is not always possible)

If you need an estimate on a specific day, time or after 5pm then this estimate is subject to a $35.00 service fee,
this fee will be put towards your deposit, if we are hired for the job.
(If you do not want to pay the fee & you are not available for an estimate during the week, then schedule a Saturday estimate, it's free)

If you are looking for the best price, call us after you get at least 2 written estimates from a licensed contractor,
show us your written estimates and we will beat their price.
(Written estimate must be from a licensed contractor and must be on company stationary, estimates on business cards or legal paper will not be accepted)
